As part of its ongoing Supreme Court series, the American University Washington College of Law Program on Information Justice & Intellectual Property will be hosting a post-argument discussion on the SAS Institute Inc. v. Matal case beginning at 4:00 pm (Eastern) on November 27, 2017 at the American University Washington College of Law in Washington, DC.  The panel will include Counsel for Respondent Matthew Topic of Loevy & Loevy.  The Federal Circuit Bar Association is co-sponsoring the panel discussion.
