The American Intellectual Property Law Association (AIPLA) will be offering a webinar entitled "Alice, Where Are You Going?" on December 3, 2014 from 12:30 – 2:00 pm (Eastern).  James Hallenbeck of Schwegman Lundburg Woessner, Sarah J. Knight of Saliwanchik Lloyd & Eisenschenk, and Alain Villeneuve of Vedder Price, PC will an update on the impact of the Alice decision on patent preparation and prosecution practice, including a review of related Board decisions across fields of practice including financial applications, telecommunications, electronics, and software.
