The U.S. Patent and Trademark Office will be hosting a free public webinar on the Leahy-Smith America Invents Act on October 31, 2011 at 1:00 pm (EDT).  The panel for the webinar will include David Kappos, USPTO Director; Teresa Stanek Rea, USPTO Deputy Director; Robert L. Stoll, Commissioner for Patents; Bernard Knight, USPTO General Counsel; and James D.
