Alligator Bioscience has announced that it has entered a collaborative agreement with SARomics.  SARomics is a research company that provides its partners with in silico drug discovery platforms in the fields of structural biology, computational chemistry, and biostatistics.  In particular, SARomics offers many services that help its partners in the drug discovery process, including protein homology modeling, structure-based drug design, virtual screening,
ligand-based drug design, QSAR analysis, experimental design, and high throughput data processing and data mining.  Alligator Bioscience focuses on developing and optimizing therapeutic and diagnostic proteins using its proprietary in vitro protein evolution technology.
